Dr. Lee Rider joined the leadership team at MRBC in August 2009 after serving churches in Mississippi. Pastor Lee and his wife, Tammy, have three children, Christian, Connor, and Ciera.
Lee attended Mississippi College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting. After his time at Mississippi College, he felt the Lord urging him to attend seminary, and in 2011 Lee received his D.W.S from the Institute for Worship Studies.
Lee’s desire is to see God glorified through a worship lifestyle and for God to use him to lead MRBC in corporate worship that is always guided by the Holy Spirit. His passion is to see worshipers giving God a true sacrifice of praise by realizing that the focus of worship is not on ourselves, our wants, our problems, or our circumstances, but entirely on God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Join us in prayer as we seek His will concerning our new Student Pastor.
