Senior Adult Ministry

Senior adults enjoy a wide range of activities at MRBC. Our J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) Club meets each month for a meal and special program. All adults 55 and up are invited to attend. The J.O.Y. Club usually meets on the last Thursday of the month. 

We also have our J.O.Y. Choir, a group of senior adults that meet each Wednesday morning at 9:30 AM to sing together. This group sings in a worship service once per month and visits one of the local nursing homes to sing and spread a little cheer.

Our seniors love to travel. Several trips are planned each year to destinations such as Branson, Nova Scotia, Gatlinburg, and Canada. Some of our seniors go on mission trips to various places to help build churches.
